Overview
| This is the main MixLink 2000 window. From this screen you can see all of your mixers which are connected to the LAN Which can be located up to 1 Km away from the PC The mixers status is displayed in real time, therefore if a solution had stopped due to a warning event it would be displayed here. This view shows a lab. with mixers for 3 processes: paper, film and E6. | ![]() |
Quality Control
The Replenishment window gives you all the information you need to keep track of the amount of films and paper processed in a selected period from your chemical usage. This information helps you keep track of how efficiently your lab is running . All data can be exported to spreadsheets as required. The table shows the use and cost of chemistry per unit processed. This unit can be whatever the lab prefers, in this case m² of paper. A mismatch between units reported and actual consumption can indicate problems with rep pumps.

Cost Performance
| The concentrates screen gives you all the information you need to keep track of your concentrate usage.This information for this report is collected automatically as many times a day as you require. The table shows the use and cost of individual parts for an RA process.Giving you the ability to independently cross-check if the correct quantities are being used. |

Real Time Monitoring
See your mixers running from your desk, watch the funnel and tank fill up and the status of the mixing tanks in real time.
Message Log
| Keep track of the mixers warning messages on your PC. This information helps with fault finding, highlighting repeated warning messages. For further help this report can easily sent to Rockwell Hitec. All messages are stored permanently and date stamped. The illustration above shows the chemical container for part A needs to be changed. |

Mixer Programming
MixLink 2000 offers the facility to program mixers from scratch. Using the optional module programmer, models HV3, MM3 and MicroMixer can be programmed off line.

Simple Recipe Changes
| When modifications are needed to your recipe simply type in the new data on the Required side and MixLink 2000 will generate the sequence for you when you click the program button. |
